AT DIXON PARK, MEREWETHER

The 2025 Coastal Ascent is a must-do event on the Trail Calendar! In partnership with the Golden Trail Series, the event team has planned some exciting additions to make this year’s race even more rewarding for runners. The courses challenge participants, featuring diverse terrain that ranges from Dixon Park through Merewether to the lush Rainforest of Glenrock Reserve. Runners will navigate through technical single-track, fire trails, grasslands, beach sections, steep hills, and enjoy stunning coastal views. The 11km, 25km, 50km and Kids Coastal Ascent courses all start and finish at Dixon Park Beach (main precinct), while the 5km course will begin at Burwood Beach.
