Hunter Plastic Surgery Takes Out 10 Global Awards in 10 Days!

Dr Nick Moncrieff and his team at Hunter Plastic Surgery are global award winners for the second time this month.

“We are so delighted to receive this recognition from the Global MyFaceMyBody Awards this week and the Global Stevies Awards for Women in Business last week. We are very happy to accept a total of 10 awards for all elements of our practice from our front desk, our management, our service, and of course, the surgical outcomes I am able to deliver,” Dr Moncrieff stated.

Hunter Plastic Surgery won a total of 6 awards at the MyFaceMyBody Awards announced in Las Vegas for: • Australasian Surgical Makeover of the Year – the body transformation Dr Moncrieff performed on nurse and mum of three, Carley Fidock after her 60+kg weight loss. • Australasian Customer Experience of the Year • Australasian Practice Team of the Year • Australasian Practice Manager of the Year – for Jessica Laing • Global winners in the Customer Experience and Practice Team categories when their submissions from the regional awards were then compared with those from the US, UK and across the globe They also took the Gold Stevie Award in New York for Small Business Management Team of 2019 and three bronze awards.

“Thank you so much to all hundreds of women who choose us every year for breast and body surgery and allow us to make a real difference to their health, happiness and confidence. You allow us to live our purpose,” Dr Moncrieff commented.

A unique focus on breast and body surgery – attracting patients from across Australia.

“These awards are more confirmation that our decision in late 2016 to focus exclusively on breast and body surgery for women as been the right one. We know we are very busy, but it is great to have the global judges look under the hood of some many clinics across the world and decide we have something so special,” said Dr Moncrieff.

Co-founder Amber Moncrieff explained, “we have now grown to be one of the most popular plastic surgery practices in Australia for women, with 45% of our patients travelling for more than 50kms for surgery with us, and half of them from more than 100kms away.”

“I think women are increasingly looking for surgeons who focus on a particular area of aesthetic surgery – and they are prepared to travel from right across Australia for the right person. In our case, that’s Dr Moncrieff!” Amber stated. Passionate about reality in plastic surgery marketing – saying no skinny stock images of models!

“One thing we are very public about it the importance of honesty and reality in the images of women in the marketing of plastic surgery and we featured that in our submission for the judges,” Amber went on to say.

“For example, we refuse to use stock images of models in our marketing – unlike so many clinics in this industry, because we believe they are misleading and a negative force on body image.”

By way of example, the new Hunter Plastic Surgery website is an industry first as it only features their real patients across the website.

“No misleading pictures of skinny teenage models here,” Amber concluded.
