Often buyers assume building a brand new home is beyond their budget or something for later in life.

Potter’s Lane, Raymond Terrace is another McCloy residential community which conveys affordability with a convenient location just 15 minutes to local employment opportunities and 25 minutes to Newcastle. This estate is early in its establishment stage, currently selling 576 to 1,440 square meter homesites from $173,000.

For those seeking life by the lake, look no further than Billy’s Lookout a residential community, in Teralba offering an enviable lakeside lifestyle on the doorstep to Lake Macquarie’s natural playground within a short drive to Newcastle CBD.

Additional homesites were released to market in January of this year ranging in size from 532 to 722 square meters, starting at $215,000. Best be quick to ‘catch’ these homesites, all you need is a 5% deposit.

“This is a premium land release that showcases the real advantages of living in this beautiful part of the world,” said Mr. Swaine. “There are no major new land releases on the western side of the lake from Cooranbong to the north end of the lake so this is a unique opportunity for people who are looking at building or buying a new homesite to secure land so close to the lake,” he said.
