Maitland is set to bloom this spring with Maitland City Council’s vibrant lineup of free and family-friendly events that celebrate community and culture.

The spring edition of ‘What’s on Maitland’ features a diverse lineup, from roller disco pop-ups to multicultural celebrations, designed to bring people together and activate public spaces while showcasing Maitland’s community spirit.

Maitland City Council Coordinator City Events and Activation Adam Franks says Council’s events aim to transform public spaces into thriving community hubs that create welcoming spaces in neighbourhoods across the city.

“From Street Eats to Roller Disco and Riverlights, we’re creating opportunities for locals and visitors to engage with our city and support a diverse local economy in a way that’s accessible to everyone.

“These programs are a great example of Council partnering with the community to shape the city and build connections that make Maitland a great place to live and visit.”
