Test yourself while experiencing the beautiful scenery of Newcastle, or come along to show your support, watch the fun and cheer on the participants of Newcastle's favourite marathon! As Australia's most picturesque running festival, the Newcastle Marathon is at the top of the list for all runners. The course is made up of 4 laps of a flat 10.55km course around Newcastle City and the Foreshore, and the entry fee includes access to all amenities, including drink stations, bathrooms, medical services, clothing, race bibs etc. Winners of their respective age categories will take home up to $1000. Whether you’re participating or cheering from the finish line – this is a day of fun and hard work!
