Slide into Ice-Skating this School Holidays

Spring School Holidays at Hunter Ice Skating Stadium (HISS) promises something for every family. Open to all ages, sessions will run from 10.30am and 1.15pm Monday to Friday from 26 September to 7 October.

Family passes are available at just $70 for two adults and two kids or one adult and three kids, including skate hire.

With a café inside the rink, a range of food and drink is available to you during your visit. From hot chips to spring rolls, pulled pork burgers, and hot and cold drinks, every taste is catered for.

If you don’t own skates, there are skates available to hire for all public skate sessions so you can get along and practice! Spectators enter free and can sit back with a hot coffee in the heated café.

“I was eight years old when I came to a birthday party at Hunter Ice Skating Stadium, and I liked it so much that I kept going. One thing led to another; from attending a birthday party, I have now skated in two Olympics. It’s amazing how one small decision to go skating has led to this,” says Kailani.

With four dedicated party rooms that can be booked for 8+ children to attend, prices include skate hire, decorations, food, drinks, and an ice cream birthday cake, starting from just $34pp. Birthday parties can be booked to take place during public ice-skating sessions on Friday afternoons and evenings, as well as Saturdays and Sundays.
