Dashville returns in style!

The famed regional festival venue Dashville, has weathered the storm and is gearing up for the return of events, with a big few months ahead.

The popular secluded bushland venue, located on Wonnarua country of the Hunter Valley, is stoked to be back in the hot seat with a bunch of rescheduled festivals and new adventures to quench the post-lock down urge.

The gates finally swing open with what they are calling a ‘Return Weekend Bonanza’, which features a big concert Friday 10th December, followed by a free entry community market, family portraits, car-boot sale and more live music on the Saturday 11th.

Once the Christmas shenanigans trickle away, the focus shifts to farewelling this monumental year and for New Years at Dashville, they’re calling it ‘A Fresh Start’.

A very cool and laid back New Years concert series that kicked off last year amongst some tough COVID conditions. Proving its worth in spades, ‘A Fresh Start’ is back by popular demand to give everyone exactly that, a fresh start, with a few days of relaxation, rejuvenation and recreation with a bunch of live performances running over two nights alongside bush camping, daytime activities and various creative workshops.

In February the rescheduled Thrashville finally hits the skids. Now a two night affair, kicking off Friday 11th and rolling through all day Sat 12th February. This one is for lovers of punk rock and metal, with loads of bands alongside graff art, tattooing, skateboarding and onsite camping.

Then it’s a light dusting, and prettying of the décor, for the much less sinister rescheduled Dashville Skyline 2021, Cosmic Country Weekender. Featuring a huge display of americana and alternative country, folk and roots music and all things in between, this festival is a gem and not to be missed if you like a bit of laid-back cool with your country…

Throughout this time Dashville will also be hosting a number of smaller concerts and camp stays, so if youre up for heading down to the Hunter Valley, its best to head on over to Dashville.com.au for all the info on events and availability.
