Have your say – Community Satisfaction Survey now open

Port Stephens residents are encouraged to have their say on Council’s performance in key areas by participating in the 2020 Community Satisfaction Survey.

The annual survey provides the community with an opportunity to rate Council’s services across a range of areas, including waste, facilities, parks and gardens and libraries.

General Manager, Wayne Wallis asks residents to complete the survey to share their thoughts and help shape Port Stephens.

“Whilst these are unprecedented and challenging times, Council is committed to continuously improving our performance and service delivery to our community.

“Although we currently remain in the response phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, Council is also firmly focused on the road ahead and restarting Port Stephens.

“Our community plays a key role in our recovery from the significant impacts of the crisis,” he said.

“In this year’s survey, as well as many of the questions we ask that inform how we continue to improve our service delivery, we are also seeking your feedback on our community’s recovery from this challenging time. “I’d encourage everyone to complete the survey and have their say,” Mr Wallis added.

The survey is open until 5pm Friday 19 June 2020 with results proposed to be published on Council’s website in August.
