Perched on level one of Belmont 16s Sailing Club, Martha Drink & Dine has spent the last two years becoming known for its cocktails, warm vibe, and breathtaking Lake Macquarie views (Martha Drink & Dine) .

Now, this summer, Martha is embracing a fresh Italian-husbanded chapter with a brand new dedicated pasta offering, classic cocktails  including a refined low- or no-alcohol “Free Spirited” selection, and an easy-going Italian-inspired shared-style menu that’s made for long lunches and slow dinners.

The venue honours the schooner “Martha,” the ship that back in 1800 —first brought explorer Captain William Reid to Lake Macquarie. What began as a coal-collection voyage turned into an accidental discovery of this breathtaking corner of the coast and today, Martha Drink & Dine seeks to capture some of that spirit: a sense of adventure, discovery, and enjoying what life brings you — good company, good flavour, and wide-open water views.
