The Hunter's Family-Friendly Festival

The Black Sorrows

Australia’s Cosmic Country Weekender, Dashville Skyline, makes its return this October Long Weekend. Held at the same

Hunter Valley location as The Gum Ball, Dashville Skyline is a popular alternative to its predecessor, providing an amazing experience for alt-country music lovers and those who like the ultimate weekend escape, full of laid-back music and family fun.

Featuring an exceptional lineup of 30+ alternative country, Americana and roots-based acts from Australia and overseas, this year we see the return of The Black Sorrows, Canada’s Frazey Ford, Hunter Valley’s William Crighton and Vikki Thorn from The Waifs new project, ThornBird.

There’s Henry Wagons, Freya Josephine Hollick, Steve Smyth, Frank Yamma, Melody Pool, Gabriella Cohen and more.

Dashville Skyline will also launch the inaugural ‘History of Music in Words’ exhibition, plus an interactive exhibition

celebrating the storytelling between generations, from past until present.

The family-friendly festival runs from 29 September to 2 October. Visit www.dashvilleskyline.com.au
