New COVID-19 testing site to open at Speers Point

Unprecedented demand for COVID-19 testing in the Hunter Region has prompted Lake Macquarie City Council to fast-track a new drive-through testing site at Speers Point Park.

The site, operated by a private contractor already managing COVID-19 testing at Warners Bay, is expected to be up and running on Wednesday.
