With recent directorial triumphs including Chess (2021) starring Silvie Paladino and David Harris, and Superstars (2024) featuring Marina Prior, Erin brings a wealth of musical theatre expertise to Newcastle's stage. As Director in Residence at the Elder Conservatorium, she has directed everything from Cabaret to Les Misérables, demonstrating her versatility and vision.
Taking centre stage as Donna is the incredibly talented Erin Cornell, a Victorian College of the Arts graduate whose resume reads like a musical theatre dream. From playing Grizabella in the CATS Australasian Tour to Elphaba in WICKED in Osaka, Japan, Erin's powerhouse vocals and stage presence are perfectly suited to this iconic role. Her appearances on The Voice Australia and performances with The Queen Symphonic Arena Spectacular have showcased her remarkable range.
