In addition, as a business they aim to be mindful of the impact they have on the environment and do everything they can to reduce wastage, re-direct what ‘waste’ they do have to appropriate channels (eg compost farms, hungry chickens, recycling), and take pro-active steps to reduce their energy use and reliance on carbon-polluting electricity generators.
