Celebrate Spring with a Sunday Roast!

Who doesn’t love a Sunday Roast? Crispy crackling, succulent pork and spicy apple sauce teamed with premium wines… it really makes your mouth water, doesn’t it? But if slaving over a hot oven all day (on your day off no less!) to put the roast on the table is not your style, then head on up to the Hunter Valley and celebrate Spring with the crew at DeBortoli Family Winemakers for their Pig & Pinot Sunday Lunch Buffet on Sunday September 8, 2019.

Join winemaker, Sarah Fagan for a tasting flight of premium Pinot Noirs followed by a sumptuous Roast Pig for Sunday lunch with all the trimmings, served buffet style in the Barrel Room. Finish off with some fine cheese and a glass of the iconic Noble One.

One of the oldest wineries in the Hunter Valley region, the De Bortoli family story is one of determination and triumph that started 90 years ago in war-torn Europe and is now told, generations later, across Australia. Today, De Bortoli Wine’s official motto, Semper ad Majora (always striving for better) and the unofficial one (good food, good wine and good friends) remain as true and central as ever.

Tickets are just $99 per person and include bubbles and canapes on arrival, buffet lunch and wine tasting. For bookings or further information contact the Cellar Door at hunter_info@debortoli.com.au or call 4993 8800.
