Would you like to live a life with calm confidence? Do you find yourself cringing instead of blossoming? Do you hear a voice from your childhood or a school memory telling you that are not good enough or you are not deserving of success? Has a loss of self-belief held you back in sporting or performance endeavours?
Whenever I have a client seeing me to help them with a confidence boost, one of the first things that I will tell them is that they do not have a conscious problem. They have a subconscious problem. Consciously they want to be calm, confident and ready to tackle anything, yet subconsciously something is holding them back. It might be something that they cannot pinpoint or articulate. However, it raises a stop sign in their mind regularly, preventing them from achieving success.
In simple terms, your conscious mind is your ‘thinking’ mind. Everything else happens in the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is where we access the automatic functions of the body. It is also where we store habits, behaviours, memories and emotions. If you walk into an environment where you have previously experienced failure, stress or anxiety, no matter how consciously determined you are to have a positive experience, your unconscious mind will say “hang on, we’ve been here before. What did we do last time? Freak out, feel deflated, pump up the anxiety levels”. Without changing the brain’s wiring, it is more than likely that the old negative patterns will take over.
So what can you do about it? This is about you being ‘in control’, not ‘out of control’. This is also about you being in the driver’s seat of change. Think of the following car analogy. Your brain is the engine. Your body is the body of the car. You are the driver. The engine is programmed and finely tuned to get the car from point A to point B. It doesn’t question the driver. It just does its job. Likewise, your brain is not judging you. It is acting on instructions from your emotions and reactions. Your brain is saying, “if you say so”. It is following instructions from you. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you were able to change the wiring to put the old patterns into the past and to create new resourceful patterns?
Effective Hypnotherapy allows you to access the unresourceful wiring, making the changes that you want so that you can confidently create new creative and resourceful patterns and behaviours. It takes seven days to create a habit. Another seven days to lock it in as a new behaviour. After 21 days you have created a new neurological pathway that allows you to live and behave with new self-belief and confidence.
What erroneous patterns do you want to change? Most clients will experience amazing change after a tailored three-session program.
Over three sessions of hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching, I will help the client to:
Gain a new awareness of self with new knowledge of the origin of behaviours. Leave it in the past. The past is the past. It’s gone.
Learn the power of disconnecting from the old negative wiring.
Gain confidence in communication. Learn to stand in your truth.
Be empowered to break through the old barriers.
Have a new toolkit of positive resources that will be with you forever.
Are you ready to change the wiring to create a better version of you? I’ve created a 3 Session Confidence Booster program for $450 that might be just what you need to kick-start your confidence.
