But this time, we’re talking about you and your body! We have been spring cleaning for hundreds of years, freshening and sprucing up our homes from top to bottom. Swap your latte for a Green Tea - Green tea’s antioxidants can help protect us from free radical damage both externally and internally. Consuming green tea will help to clean up oxidisation inside our body and slow premature ageing. It is also fantastic for the metabolism and helps with burning fat.
Nourish your skin - Nourish your skin after months of drying, cold weather by hydrating the skin with cold pressed organic coconut oil. It’s natural, pure and inexpensive. Coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids, which helps to retain moisture content of the skin, as the fats eliminate moisture loss through the pores on the skin.
