There’s plenty of change at Reserve Wine Bar including a new menu and a brand new face in the kitchen.
We are very pleased to announce the arrival of our new executive chef Cory Campbell. His name will be a familiar one for some but for those who don’t know of Cory, you soon will. After finishing his apprenticeship in the Hunter region, Cory went on to work in some of the world’s truly great kitchens, including The Square in London, Noma (voted the best restaurant in the world) in Denmark and then to the three-hatted, Vue De Monde in Melbourne. We welcome Cory and the changes he will bring to Reserve in ensuring that both
the wine and food will create a magnificent new dining experience in Newcastle.
We will maintain the sharing/grazing menu that we have always had with some playful and thought-provoking dishes that will get people talking. Some examples include Spanner Crab and Quail Egg, Cheese and Ham doughnuts and for the indulgent, Beluga Caviar is available.
Also of note in June is our competition to win two tickets to California’s famed Napa Valley. Yes, that’s right, an all-paid trip for two lucky customers valued at $4,000.
All you have to do is purchase a 6-pack or dozen from our online wine cellar www.reservecellardoor.com.au to go into the draw. The more you buy, the greater chance you have of winning. The competition runs for the two months of June and July when the winner will be announced and the trip itself will be in October.
Not only will you get two tickets but we will look after your accommodation too and suggest an itinerary for wine country.
You’ve got to be in it to win it so head to www.reservecellardoor.com.au now and make your purchase.
We look forward to seeing you at the bar.
