The accolades keep coming for PRDNationwide

Not only have PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie just been ranked the No.1 Office across the PRD Group at the recent Annual National Awards for PRDnationwide – taking out top honours for many of the major catagories including Top Agent, Top Office and Principal Agent, but they have also recently been included in the Real Estate Business Awards short list.

The Newcastle and Lake Macquarie based franchise office received a total of five nominations for the annual awards in the regional categories of Principal of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year and Sales Office of the Year.

“We are very honored to have been announced as finalists in the prestigious REB annual awards,” said Shula Kentwell CEO of PRDnationwide Newcastle noting that the business spans across two offices and is well-known locally as PRDnationwide Newcastle & Lake Macquarie.

“As regional operators in our industry, these awards provide an opportunity for us to benchmark ourselves amongst others throughout the entire country. In spite of how well you think you are going, you never really know until you receive the recognition from industry experts such as REB.”

Ms Kentwell explained that business is comprised of over 60 professionals who contribute to the success, and that the Real Estate Business Awards short list distinction is a credit to each of them.

The office was established 10 years ago and has seen its profile go from strength to strength, achieving the no. 1 ranked office in the Australia-wide PRDnationwide network for the past five years.

“The entire network is very proud of the acknowledgement of PRDnationwide Newcastle in the Real Estate Business Awards finalists listing,” said PRDnationwide Managing Director Tony Brasier.

“Through hard work and dedication to superb customer service, Mark Kentwell, George Rafty and Cveta Kolarovski, have demonstrated why they stand as the best in our industry regardless of market location or size, and they are outstanding examples in each category they are nominated.”

Mark Kentwell is one of seven agency Principals short listed for the national award. He has

consistently been ranked by Real Estate Business as one of the top 50 agents out of more than 30,000in the country, and his many achievements include PRDnationwide top selling Principal every year since 2008.

Along with Mr Kentwell, George Rafty and Cveta Kolarovski are finalists for the Regional Sales Agent of the Year. Mr Rafty was named as the top regional real estate agent in Australia by the annual Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents 2014 ranking. Mr Rafty and Mr Kentwell were among the list of agents cited for their excellence in the industry.

Mr Rafty was acknowledged as one of the Top 5 agents at the Australian Real Estate Awards ‘Sales Agent of The Year’ 2013, from all offices and franchise networks around the country, and the only regional agent nominated, and has been in Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents list for the past three years. He was the PRDnationwide franchise’s no. 1 selling agent for 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 from over 85 offices Australia wide.

Ms Kolarovski is new to the listing, but not to the dedication required to achieve the top ranking. Named the PRDnationwide Rising Star 2012, Ms Kolarovski has come a long way in the past two years to achieve the network’s no. 3 salesperson spot in 2014.

The Real Estate Business Awards, partnered by Domain, will see the industry’s finest sales agents, property managers and principals, as well as leading networks, go head-to-head across coveted award categories. The 2015 awards will be hosted as an evening event at The Star, Sydney, on Thursday 16 July 2015.

PRD Newcastle and Lake Macquarie have an outlet in Newcastle CBD and Lake Street Warners Bay powered by one strong central administrative hub. The company is led by founding director Mark Kentwell, who still actively sells and in under 10 short years, the company has grown to be chosen by more home sellers than any other brand in the region.
