This stylish harbourside bar and restaurant has made it their business to create a modern and sophisticated environment for guests to relax in while enjoying a delicious meal or a drink. The restaurant is open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner and although it is fully licensed you can always drop in for a drink without ordering a meal. 

 

The modern, creative menu consists of locally sourced, sustainable fresh produce and includes brioche sliders, a selection of starters, salads, small plates that are ideal for sharing and wood fired pizzas. The temptingly delicious selection of mains include pan seared Barramundi, craft beer battered snapper fillets,  Mooloolaba king prawns, crispy skinned huon salmon, wood-fired Riverina lamb loin, wood-fired chicken, seasonal mushroom risotto, and veal escalopes. The presentation is nothing short of superb!

 

The wine list is equally as impressive with a choice of wines from most Australian wine regions, including local wines from the Hunter Valley Wine and a few varieties from Italy and France.

 

For those who like it shaken if not stirred, the drinks menu includes a wonderful choice of cocktails such as the Copperhead, Blue Bird, Caprioska, Watermelon Cosmo and French Martini. All-time favourites such as Mojito, Margarita, Athena, The Golden Dame and the gin-based Six Degrees of Separation are there as well.

 

The beers on tap are exquisite and include a varied choice of local brews, from the Feral Hop Hog IPA, the Six Strings Dark Red IPA and Golden Ale to Murrays Angry Man and Whale Ale.
